GREATER IDAHO FALLS FINALLY HOME PROGRAM! |
The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. offers an education program called Finally Home to help address many issues that potential home owners face. Students are taken through the home-buying process step-bystep-- from deciding whether home ownership is right for them, to finding the home that meets their needs.
The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® was the firstREALTOR® organization to partner with the Idaho Partners for Homebuyer Education and has been active in the program since August 1999. Since that date, over 2,500 students have completed the program. The primary marketing efforts for the program involve advertising of the program at lender and real estate offices. Classes are conducted at the Association office in Ammon.
The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® is a not for profit trade organization that is governed by a Board of Directors with the day-to-day operations implemented by a full time staff. The Executive Officer of the Association is Jana Merkley. The Board of Directors representatives and Chairpersons of the 'Finally Home' program are Brandon Taggart and Lisa Brown.
Cost to register for the class if $20 per student.
