Do you want to learn what an evaluation is and the difference between an Appraisal and an Evaluation? ATTEND THIS CLASS!!
The course is approved for 7 hours of CE credit, by the Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board!! The course will cover information relevant to both Residential and Commercial Appraisers.

Cost for Members (Primary and Secondary): covered by SWVAR.
Cost for non-members (including those who are MLS only) will be $145.00 due at the door.
