This course will provide guidance to real estate brokers on how to supervise real estate licensees reasonably and adequately with regards to advertising. The 2-hour class provides an overview of the rules and regulations related to advertising. It then focuses on broker supervision and best practices for ensuring appropriate supervision, with specific emphasis on Teams, Fair Housing, and Property Management.
