This is an interactive class offered via Zoom format held in person at the CHCBR board office.
This course will explain what constitutes a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Course will provide agents information that can be used in property evaluation scenarios and to better assist clients whether buying or selling. It will cover what determines an appropriate comparable between properties, how to make adjustments, where to get information on adjustments, address differences between a CMA versus an appraisal.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds. Credit will be issued for cancelled classes, provided notice of cancellation has been received at least 24 hours prior to the class. Credit for cancelled education class may be applied to future CHCBR education class.
