This course meets the NAR code of ethics renewal requirement. This 3-hour course focuses on the National Association of REALTOR® (NAR) Code of Ethics, which covers the Articles, Standards of Practice, and Case interpretations. The course will refresh participants' knowledge of the Code of Ethics, why the Code exists, how the Code applies, how the Code enforced, and what the Code expects of REALTOR®. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)

Requirements for participating in a virtual class:

  1.Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video sothat we can monitor attendance.)

  2.You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute accountwill allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
  3.You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in aclassroom.
  4.After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both.


If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. You must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.
