Learn about negotiation skills needed to assist the buyer and seller in closing the deal with emphasis placed on communication skills.
You will explore the relevant exposure of fact vs fiction of negotiation tactics to detect opportunity gaps for gaining positional advantage.
Discuss visualization of outcomes in order to survive the attacks of predators and anwers to the option of action left behind.

Requirements for participating in a virtual class:
1. Your devise wmust have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
2. You need to set up a free Zoom account (https;//zoom.us/) prior to the class.
3. You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.
4. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both.
