Per LAAR Bylaws, all new primary members must attend New Member Orientation within 4 months of joining the association. New Members are also required to complete at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training. Taking the New Member Orientation will fullfil both requirements. Failure to meet this obligation will result in membership suspension until requirements are met.

This is an in person class held at the LAAR office in the downstairs classroom. Please use the back entrance to access the classroom. Orientation will be held from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Navica MLS training will follow New Member Orientation. There will be a 30 minute break for lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm. MLS Training will start promptly at 12:30pm.

*Please note that the Code of Ethics training from the New Member Orientation does not fulfill NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. New Members can take the free class from NAR, which will fullfill your NAR COE requirement. Please click HERE to access NAR's New Member Orientation.
