Code of Ethics Training Requirement Now Every Three Years

- The current Cycle 6 deadline is extended from Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2021
- The next cycle (Cycle 7) will begin Jan. 1, 2022, and end Dec. 31, 2024.
The National Real Estate Ethics Day® Program was designed by Leigh Brown along with the The National Real Estate Ethics Day® Advisory Board and Ethics Panel to meet these learning objectives and minimum criteria established by NAR for the “NAR Code of Ethics Requirement”.
By attending National Real Estate Ethics Day®, GNR members get their triennial COE requirement taken care of AND give back to our local communities at the same time as a portion of the proceeds go to the NAR REALTORS® Relief Foundation! Massachusetts Association of REALTORS has generously sponsored the fee which goes directly to the NAR REALTORS® Relief Foundation
