In the course of the past 31+ years, I have been involved in boundary surverys, topographical surverys, ALTAS, Improvement Location Certificates, and most phases of land surveying allowed under the law. I have been qualilfied as an expert witness in Jefferson County District Courts. I have taken numerous classes and seminars regarding the legal aspects of land surveying. I have been licensed to land surveying since 1988.
