The market ebbs and flows - do you know if it's a short term or long term shift? The goal of this class is to help educate, through stories and data images, how our market has trended since the last market run up until today. This education is through understanding the basic functions of a real estate market and how supply and demand shape all aspects of the negotiation. Consumers believe they have access to as much data as REALTORS; however, they fail to interpret the trends correctly. It is our job to guide the consumer in making decisions regarding what is typiclly their largest financial asset. Join us for a 1 hour fast-paced class to review where the market was, and head into 2020 with 20-20 vision.
