This CE course will prepare REALTORS® to market and sell homes to seniors, which will increase their total sales and commissions. This class focuses on FHA’s safe type of reverse mortgage called the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage). This course covers three types of reverse mortgage and their uniqueness.
