Negotiations
Understand the negotiation process and be able to identify each stage within a transaction and/or interaction with clients or other brokers. Learn to recognize negotiation techniques and styles. Understand the best practices as Transaction Broker vs Agent and recognizing the dangers of certain techniques between advice, counsel and legal advice. Develop solutions and best practices in sensitive transactions, eg divorce, multiple offers.
Due to the fact that we still cannot gather in LARGE groups (MAX ATTENDANCE IS 21 PEOPLE, we will be HOLDING TWO CLASS
PLEASE NOTE, both classes will be capped at 21. We cannot have more than 21 per Governor Polis and the Social Distancing Guidelines.
