This 3-hour core law course includes the latest information on legal issues relevant to today’s real estate marketplace. Students will receive an update on the license law, the latest legislative activity and case law impacting your business. Additionally, current hot legal topics will be addressed to help reduce your risk of liability and/or disciplinary action.

Credit: This course is certified for the required 3 hours of core law credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must present 90% of the program in order to receive credit. No partical credit will be given.
