Chris is a full time home inspector licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky.   Chris is on the Board of Directors for KREIA (The Kentucky Real Estate Inspector's Association) which provides continuing education to home inspectors in both Tn. and Ky.  In 2014, the inspection company was reorganized as Smoky Mtn. Inspection Services, Inc. and moved to Dandridge, Tn.  Currently, inspections are being performed throughout Eastern Ky and East Tn. with an emphasis on moving all operations to Tennessee.  Chris has performed over 3,200 inspections ranging from real estate to commercial building inspections.  The company also partners with an engineering firm in order to provide the structural engineering reports for manufactured housing as required by HUD, FHA, VA and USDA style loans.
