I am a licensed real estate professional in both North Carolina and North Georgia. I’ve lived in Murphy, NC, since 1995, and over the years, I developed a deep passion for real estate. That passion has turned into a lifelong career, where I specialize in listing and selling homes, land, and new construction. Real estate is a family business for me. I’m proud to share my enthusiasm for EXIT Realty Mountain View Properties with my son, Steven Moutrey, who is also a broker, and my daughter, Charlie Dickey, who excels in the real estate industry as well. I am an active member of both the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors and the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors. I previously served as President of the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors and was a board director for five years. I continue to be involved in my community and enjoy mentoring my fellow Realtors. Before my real estate career, I proudly served in the U.S. Army and received an Honorable Discharge in 1981. During my time in the military, I excelled in Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where I was a Platoon Guide and earned the Honor Graduate award. My final tour of duty was in Neu-Ulm, Germany, which is famous as the birthplace of Albert Einstein and home to the tallest church steeple in the world at the Münster Church.
