Reason for Sale:    In order to settle the Estate of Kenneth (Shorty) Gribbins, his Co- Executors have commissioned Bray Auction Services, LLC of Bardstown, KY to sell the following real estate at absolute auction.

Real Estate:   Selling 93.377 acres grassland, pasture land, and cropland on the outskirts of Loretto and St. Francis. This land is currently in grass and is perfect for pasture, hay or crops.  It is beautiful farmland and would make spectacular home sites!
