Amy has been an active member of the Wilkes County Association of Realtors since 1996. She began her own company in July 2014. She and her former business partner had a successful firm, Blair and Ward Properties, for 14 years and Amy decided that it was time to make the right move and open her own firm. While being active in Real estate she has served as Director for several terms, RPAC chairperson, Grievance and Arbitration Committee and was the Board President in 2008. She is heavily involved in the community and currently serves on the Advisory Board for BB&T and the is on the Habitat For Humanity family committee. During Amy's free time she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters,Sydney and Salem, camping and spending time on the lake. She has lived in Wilkes County all her life and is more than willing to take that extra step to help make Wilkes County your home as well.

Monica has lived in Wilkes County for 26 years and works as a dental hygienist and full time Mom. She instantly fell in love with this area and the residents. She is proud to call Wilkes County home. With her sons grown and moved to college and starting careers she expanded her career scope as well. Alex Blair is a Wilkes County Native and is proud to call this area “Home” for 48 years. His family has been a part of this community for over 100 years where they have owned and operated a variety of businesses including Foresters Nu Way, Independent Oil Company and the North Wilkesboro Ice and Coal Company. Alex is a 1985 graduate of West Wilkes High School and a 1990 graduate from Appalachian State University where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He began his professional career in sales with Golden Needles Knitting and Glove Company which later became Ansell Golden Needles.
