Teaching basic and advanced real estate. What we really like to do is help people buy and sell homes & Land and that is what we do now on a full time basis. We also both have been awarded the CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and e-PRO (Certified Internet Real Estate Professional) designations (and Lee was awarded the Certified Buyers Broker designation by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors) for advanced training and experience.

In the spring and summer of 2004, Steve spent months looking for investment property at Smith Mountain Lake. During his quest to find an ideal lot for investment, Steve must have seen virtually every subdivision and neighborhood on Smith Mountain Lake. In the end, instead of buying a lot, Steve bought a lakefront home. Originally from Indiana, Steve holds a bachelors and masters in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). After working for more than a decade for various large international telecommunications companies, including several years in Japan and France, Steve had the “entrepreneurial itch.” He founded a wireless telecommunications company with longtime friend David Simon. Together, they grew and sold the business several years later. For a hobby, Steve enjoys flying and holds a commercial pilot’s license. Steve is part of a team with David Simon. Together, their experience and breadth of knowledge allows them to serve your real estate needs effectively and efficiently.
