Dear Prospective Member:

I would like to thank you for your interest in joining the Sanford Area Association of Realtors®.

For new offices there is a one time office setup fee of $1,000.00 due upon application for membership. This includes the software licensing to use the MLS system. Our software provider is Systems Engineering, Inc.

The Broker-In-Charge must be a member in order for other agents in the office to join. Once an application is received it is sent to the membership committee where it is reviewed. Upon approval you will be notified and a lock box key may be issued at that time. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. For Secondary members please include a letter that you are a member in good standing of your Primary Board.

The dues for Membership for the current year are outlined on this page.

We have a monthly MLS fee of $55.00 per agent, $35.00 for appraisers.

Lock Box keys are issued with a Key Deposit of $50.00 which is returned if the key is turned in.

We hold a monthly membership meeting with the time and dates posted on the online Calendar. We welcome you to attend these meetings and your lunch is provided as a privilege of your membership.
