My name is Les Sintay, I am a former Franklin chamber board member and a Real Estate Broker/Buyers Specialist ABR. I work mainly with clients from outside our area and many from Florida who want to relocate here or have a second home in the mountains. As a former Floridian who moved here almost nine years ago, I understand that clients from out of state have many questions about mountain living. Do you have title companies?
