Brenda Huber is one of the most recognizable names in Sumter real estate.  Her effort and commitment to client satisfaction has earned her the reputation as "The Proven Friendly Professional". 

 

She moved to Sumter with her husband and two children thru the Air Force in 1987.  In 1988 she graduated from the South Carolina School of Real Estate and joined the National Association of Realtors.  She was a charter member of the Sumter Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar club in 1990 and has consistently been one of the top residential producers in the Sumter Board of Realtors.   She joined Advantage Realty Group in September 2003 where she has consistently been their top producing agent since joining.  Brenda's staff is completed with a part-time assistant and her husband, Roy, a full-time licensed Realtor assistant.

 

Brenda is a firm believer in continuing her education to keep her knowledge and experience the best for her clients.  She earned her South Carolina Real Estate Broker's license in 1995, as well as her designation as a Certified Buyer's Representative.  In the year 2000 she graduated and earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative.  With these two designations she is definitely an expert as a Buyer's agent.  Her years of experience since 1988, her knowledge, and her Broker's license make her a proven seller's agent. Brenda also offers complimentary Staging for her sellers and a huge amount of marketing for the maximum exposure.

 

Brenda Huber knows how important her family is to her.  She and her husband, Roy, of more than 30 years, have one son and one daughter, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, two grandsons, and a granddaughter, who are the light of their lives.  She understands how important home is to a family!  It's the place we bring our dreams to life, and where memories live.  It's the place we raise our children, the nest we nudge them out of, and welcome them back to again and again.
