Larry has been a Licensed Texas Real Estate agent for over 28 years in the Midland, Texas real estate market. Reared in Snyder, Texas. He moved to Midland in 1978 and has made Midland his home ever since.

Larry has served as a commissioner on the City of Midland Planning and Zoning Commission for 6 years, serving as Chairman of the Midland Landscape Committee and Vice Chair of the Sign ordinance committee at the request of the City Council. Larry has also served as founding director and President of the Midland Young Realtors Association in 1985.

Larry has also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors as well as two terms as a Director. In 2004, Larry was honored by his peers by being named Realtor of the Year. He was elected 2010 President by the Permian Basin Association of Realtors.

He is experienced in Relocation with the major players in the relocation industry, in addition to having been trained to facilitate transactions with Sirva, GMACH, and others. Larry has also received numerous sales awards from Re/MAX North America, Coldwell Banker International and Legacy Real Estate.

Married to Debbie, his real estate partner, they have 3 children, Bryan, Amy, and Stephanie, with 2 grandchildren, 2 spoiled rotten Yorkies. Hobbies include visits to Hill Country and staying in the Big Bend area kayaking and 4 wheeling in his beloved 1067 International Scout.
