HELPFUL HINTS:  You will get better results by highlighting only those fields that are a "must have" in your decision (i.e., if the county isn't important, don't select one.  If you only want a view of golf course, select that).

• Select "Residential/Vacation" for homes only, or "Land/Lots" for undeveloped lots. 
• Searching for waterfront only?  Highlight just "Waterfront-Yes" unless you only want a particular cove.
• Searching for Lake Gaston only?  Highlight any one or all 4 of the Lake Gaston Quadrants under Lake Area.
• Many homes have "hobby rooms" or "offices" that could be used as bedrooms.
