Craig Bastian

Craig entered the real estate world in 1979. He came to Kellstrom-Ray Agency in 1985 armed with a brand new 24-unit condominium project, Northbluff, and he needed a new home to work from. Craig was also on the ground floor of The Arbors of Door County and worked hand in hand with former Governor Patrick Lucey on the development of The Woods at Hibbards Creek. He has always been one of the top producers of the office and the county as a whole.

He has coached youth baseball and basketball at every level and is a member of the Door County Baseball Hall of Fame. Craig lives in Sister Bay with his wife Valerie; they have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. He is professional, experienced, grounded and ready to be at your service.

Deborah Eckert
Debbie Eckert has been a full time, successful real estate agent for Kellstrom-Ray since 2011 and has a total of 35 years in the business. As the fourth generation of her family to be born in Door County, she knows the peninsula well and is experienced in all type of Door County real estate. Her specialty is vacation property. Elise Evenson
Elise was born and raised in Door County. She enjoys many outdoor activities including boating, kayaking, hunting and fishing. She is newly licensed and joined our office in 2020. She is very excited to help buyers and sellers with a smooth sailing real estate transaction!

Amy Jorgenson
Amy lives on Washington Island with her husband Mike & two children. She is managing broker of our Island office & also spends time in our Sister Bay office. She brings over 30 years of experience in the advertising & marketing field. She has put her enthusiasm & marketing experience to work for her customers both on Washington Island & the rest of Door County. Amy is very active in her community. She has devoted many years to the School Board, Town Board and many town committees.

Katherine Lindsley
Kate has been living and working in Door County for over 2 decades, joined the Kellstrom-Ray team in 2015 and became a Broker Associate in 2020. With each passing year her love and knowledge of the Door County area has grown and Kate enjoys sharing her love for Door County with her clients. Kate and her husband Bob welcomed a new addition to their family Miss Olive Ann in June of 2021. In her free time Kate enjoys brewing beer, cooking and hiking with her two Vizslas Herman and Lloyd.

Heather Collins
Heather started her real estate career (and with Kellstrom-Ray) in 1994 and has gone on to obtain various designations throughout her career and continues to be one of our top producers. In May of 2007, she purchased Kellstrom-Ray from Don and Kathy Ray and remains excited about this business venture! She lives in Sister Bay with her adult daughters, Kayla & Eva, and labs Nick & Lambeau.

Amie Olson
Amie started her real estate career with Kellstrom-Ray in 1997 and has been a full time sales agent as well as office manager who oversees the daily business operations of the office. Amie offers knowledge of the area and it's properties. She is deeply rooted to the Door county area having grown up here. She resides in Ellison Bay with her family and serves the public as an Emergency Medical Responder for the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove area.

MaryKay Shumway is a full-time Broker, as well as a Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative (designations earned under the National Association of REALTORS®). She is also a waterfront property and new construction sales specialist. MaryKay has held Top Producer criteria at The Kellstrom-Ray Agency, as well as Coldwell Banker and other brokerages, consistently during her nearly 20 years as a Door County real estate Broker.

Named Door County REALTOR® of the year in 2008 and a Door County Board of REALTORS® Honors Society/Excellence in Professionalism recipient since 2005, she is also active with the Door County Board of REALTORS® as a Director/Officer and as a Board member for the Door County Economic Development Corporation. She has also worked in Planning and public works for both Liberty Grove and Sister Bay in various capacities from 2000-2022.
