Jill was born and raised in Vicksburg and attended the University of Mississippi where she majored in merchandising.
She began selling real estate in 2007 for Prudential Gateway Real Estate in Madison, Miss. In May 2009 she married Keith Upchurch and now both live in Vicksburg.
She is on the Board of Directors for PAWS Rescue and an active member of Keep Vicksburg/Warren Beautiful.
