to help address many issues that potential home owners face. Students are taken through the home-buying process step-bystep-- from deciding whether home ownership is right for them, to finding the home that meets their needs.
The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® was the first REALTOR® organization to partner with the Idaho Partners for Homebuyer Education and has been active in the program since August 1999. Since that date, over 2,300 students have completed the program. The primary marketing efforts for the program involve advertising of the program at lender and real estate offices. Classes are conducted at the Association office in Ammon.
