2009 Eastern Shore Association of Realtors offer FREE for the Public.
A Foreclosure Prevention & Community Intervention Program.
There is an urgent need for today’s borrower in default to know what options are available, what their first steps should be and what actions they can take to stave off foreclosure.
People need practical information in order to save their homes. This community intervention program has been created to teach consumers what can be done: immediately, inexpensively, without professional help; by the homeowner themselves.
We will be providing the consumer with specifics to improve their chances of keeping their home.
Consumers who are proactive and understand what choices are on the table foreclosure is frequently avoidable.
