Every four years, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires all real estate salespersons to complete 24 credit hours of continuing education.  This may include your required NAR Ethics course and either of the required Post-License courses (6 credits) as well as any of the following courses offered by the Carpet Capital Association of REALTORS® School.  Continuing education courses are offered for 3 hrs, 6 hrs, and 9 hrs of credit. These courses are available as independent study courses which you can take via the internet.  The current courses offered are listed by credit hours below.  Select the credit hours you want, then select the course title.

 

Enrollment Procedures

 

Enrollment in any of the Continuing Education Courses is quick and easy.  Please see the following course descriptions for the courses offered by our school.  Each description includes an outline and costs involved.  

 

You can complete your enrollment, and get started on your coursework immediately, selecting the course you have choosen for enrollment, use your VISA, Master Card or Debit Card, to begin the course.

All Continuing Education courses must be completed within six months of purchase.  Two – 2 month extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances at an additional cost of $50 per extension. 

 

The Carpet Capital Association of REALTORS® School will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, or familial status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standard for successful completion of any course.

 

No refunds will be given unless there are irresolvable technical difficulties.  This means that you must have spoken with the company issuing the course, OnCourse Learning and received confirmation from them that the course is unusable based on technical circumstances.
