LAKEFRONT COMMUNITIES ON LAKE GREENWOOD
Welcome to the Lakefront Communities page. Please note that these are all planned lake communities offering beautiful panoramic views and access to Lake Greenwood. All are "restricted" meaning no mobile homes, may have restrictions and covenants, an Architectural Review Board and minimum build requirements, there are usually Home Owners Association (HOA) fees, and each offer a range of minimal-to-extensive amenities. Keep in mind that there are also great homes and neighborhoods all over the lake in smaller communities or NOT in planned communities, with no-or-low HOA fees. I can help you find the RIGHT property for you.
